Acceptance of terms

These terms apply to every visitor, reader and tool user of unboxasmr.site. Continued use after a policy update counts as acceptance of the updated terms.

What the site provides

Unbox ASMR Hub publishes source-checked information and free tools for players of Unbox ASMR. The site is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace the game interface, official Roblox sources or ASMR Labs announcements.

Accuracy and reliance

We work from official Roblox sources and reproduce current-version checks, but we cannot guarantee that every value is correct at the moment you read it. Game values, features and links can change without notice.

Use the site as a starting point and confirm important decisions, purchases, crate choices or resets in the current game. The calculator returns mathematical estimates based on the numbers you enter; it does not guarantee drops, rewards or future game behavior.

No affiliation

Roblox, Roblox Corporation, Unbox ASMR and ASMR Labs are trademarks or properties of their respective owners. Unbox ASMR Hub is an independent fan resource and is not sponsored, endorsed or operated by Roblox Corporation or ASMR Labs.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site to phish, impersonate us or collect other users’ Roblox credentials.
• Do not scrape or republish large parts of the site without permission.
• Do not submit false abuse reports or spam the contact address.
• Do not use the tools to misrepresent game odds, probabilities or official claims.

Intellectual property

Original text, layout, tools and site-specific calculations are owned by Unbox ASMR Hub unless stated otherwise. Game names, logos, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy entire pages or present our content as your own.

Third-party links and services

The site links to Roblox, ASMR Labs and other official or reference pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Roblox games, purchases and accounts are governed by Roblox terms, not these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbox ASMR Hub and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the site, its tools or linked content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Unbox ASMR Hub and its operator against claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms or violation of third-party rights.

Changes to the site or terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, and we may update these terms. Material changes will update the effective date and, where practical, a note on the site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Unbox ASMR Hub is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to resolve disputes through the courts of that jurisdiction where required by law.

Severability

If a court finds any provision of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect and the unenforceable provision is interpreted as closely as possible to its original intent.
